The Asian Delights workshop is intended for all Asian food lovers, vegetarian or not!


You will learn to make:

  1. a Vegetarian version of a classic nasi lemak

- slices of cucumber & pineapple

- stir-fried kang kong & tofu

- pandan-infused coconut rice

- chicken rendang

- a tangy sambal paste

- roasted whole peanuts

as well as


2. a Singaporean favourite, Gado Gado!

- Pieces of carrot, cucumbers, potato, long beans,

bean sprouts, tofu and sengkuang

- a peanut sauce dressing

- boiled yellow mee

- bean sprout fritters
