Make thin & thick crust dough from scratch
Fresh marinara (red), pesto (green) & other variations of pizza sauce for your base
Marinate your pizza toppings to achieve the ideal taste
Understand the differences between a thin & thick crust pizza
Make other alternative pizzas to suit both young and old
Master the baking process for pizzas in ovens, convention ovens & on the stove
Use alternatives such as rye flour, wheat flour, bread flour & other gluten-free flours
