In this workshop, we will be exploring different product with the sourdough, yes... you are right - there is more than one way to enjoy your sourdough!



You will learn to:

  • Make thin & thick crust dough from scratch

  • Fresh marinara (red), pesto (green) & other variations of pizza sauce for your base

  • Marinate your pizza toppings to achieve the ideal taste

  • Understand the differences between a thin & thick crust pizza

  • Make other alternative pizzas to suit both young and old

  • Master the baking process for pizzas in ovens, convention ovens & on the stove

  • Use alternatives such as rye flour, wheat flour, bread flour & other gluten-free flours
